lol. i honestly believe after seeing some of the sophmores and frosh that THS will beat Pitman over the next 3 years
Fact: Mendonca has stepped down.....
Rumor: i heard they already chose the successor from within.............

I was told by one of the coaches that Sean Gilbert has already taken his name out of the hat. He would have been an excellent choice to succeed Mendonca.
The potential list of applicants: 1. Chris Butterfield-Enochs(assistant) 2. Matt Whitten-Livingston 3. Greg Wakefield-Buhach 4. Randy Hayner-Modesto 5. Nick Pryschuck-Johansen 6. Max Goldstien-Escalon 7. Craig Cumberland-Turlock Rangers.......had to throw in a darkhorse candidate.
Unless one of these guys teaches math it might be difficult for THS to hire one of these guys. So the reality of it is to hope they open the spot up to an outside individual who does not need a teaching job and can committ to the program. In the event Turlock fumbles on their selection I'll have no choice but to make an azz out of myself like Greenie and start supporting Pitman.

Hummm.......................... Jim have you got that call yet ?? They have been in contact with my people but no offers yet. They are working on a Truck Driving class that I might be able to teach also. I heard Pedro and Chris will be taking over the Pitman program soon.

Trevor is going to Pitman so I'm sure you will stay with Turlock regardless.

Didnt the Pitman JV win League, or least routed Turlock JV

turlock had a Sophmore pitcher on Varsity all year (their ACE) that Pitman JV would NOT have been able to touch had he been on the JV team.
also Turlock HS started 3 frosh on the JV team..............believe me, up and down the line-up Turlock is better..............
thats not me saying that because of my turlock ties......as i had stated several times over the past 3 years that pitman was a better team.........simply giving my opinion on the talent levels on both sides.....................neither school will be able to compete with Buhach Colony (Atwater) for 2 years.....................
