Good Job Mark, I spoke with Rufus twice today. Once at 4:30 to see if NY lost and they did. With a win for which they did, this will now put them into the number 1 seed with a bye. I spoke with him again about 5:30 as Edna and I were going out the door for dinner and he said that they scored 6 runs in the first inning. He just called me (7:30) to let me know that they had won and I told him that Mark had already posted the score and some of the highlights. He did say that they pick a MVP player each game and that Austin got it tonight (congrats to Austin and his teammates). He said that PJ Wattski (sp) pitched 6 innings and Hagens threw the last inning. Rufus also said that the tournament will have the rest of the tournament on computer for those who may want to watch the game on the following site: www.regionsports.com/They are going to the Cleveland Indians game tomorrow. OK Coop, I'm not saying you're ugly or anything. Guess you're kinda handsome for a guy you're age... still have all your teeth and a full head of hair... the goatee is kinda cute I suppose - but can't you find a better avatar? Maybe something like Mark has? ? Her, uh, mug, is a lot easier on the eyes than yours! lol

I am sorry to say Craiger, you get what you see. But I will work on it.
As for Mark, he is the man.

Congrats to our Turlock players on a great performance in the representing Turlock Baseball and their families on the Modesto Babe Ruth team. I don't know the Modesto players personally but congrats to them as well.
Most of all congrats to Coach Bobby and his staff. For some of you who may not know Bobby, he went through our Little League program in the American East side as a player and later on in life he became one of our coaches in the American East several years ago with the Giants (?? - under Darryl Starn). If I remember right he was or is part of Denair High School staff.
What a year for Turlock Baseball and for all of those who were involved. It is always a blessing to watch our young players reach their goals in life for any sport that they participate and love. As for our younger programs in the Little League Divisions, these players would not have reached their goals today if it were not for YOU PARENTS signing them up in our programs and then reach the level where they are today in our High Schools, College and Professional levels. So for that CONGRATS to all of our parents who make Turlock Baseball in the past, today and in the future for what it is. After all remember this, these young players are our future for Turlock Baseball.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF OUR YOUNG PLAYERS,
Coop
