They shouldn't, they should stay in the bracket that they are in, if done correctly, after the first round, the second round would like this
1 vs 8 -- 1 wins 1 wins -1 wins 4 vs 5 -- 5 wins
2 vs 7 -- 2 wins 3 vs 6 -- 6 wins 6 wins
1 vs 6 would be the championship of the Winners Brackets
The other teams would be fighting it out in the losers bracket and then 6 would go the championship of the losers bracket and so on and so on. I thought you guys were professionals. I am sure that I am missing something. You travelballers might have a different way.

DC Go on line and find a double elimination 8 team bracket. Then you can see who is going to play who.

The Padres, Yanks, Dodgers, Giants are all in by the numbers. #2 in AE may go down to the wire. The Orioles have clinched a spot and Sox are within a whisker of clinching. The NS Angels are not being pushed. So it looks to be the Cubs or Yanks to round things out.
Who's going from AE?

I'm still betting on the Cubs as the Yanks can't pitch SJ every game going forward.

I say Angels or Yanks... history has proven that Cubs manager is a dumb azz. Chaney should be running that team!

Nah - Won't be the Angels & I still think the Cubs will hang in their despite their coaching.

Chaney can't handle anything past a fall ball team. He proved that when Murphy got the boot at a Renegades game. The Championship game and he had a meltdown.

Greenie: I wasn't the one making errors or staring at a 2-2 pitch down the pipe. After Murphy got tossed the umps were calling balks like balls and strikes. Then I had Sniezek going ape shit over a hamburger. I might need to incorporate the flip-flops into the coaching repitoire.
