THS Mon @ Enochs Tues vs Sierra Sat vs Bear Creek
Just hope the weather is as nice as today but they're calling for rain Tues, Wed & Sat...
High schools have it backwards - they oughta do baseball at the beginning of the school year and football now. Would make it easier for colleges to scout too. Nah, makes too much sense! LOL
What are the scheds for everyone else???

Nice.....wish I could give equally good news about Turlock. They lost 6-2 to an average Enochs team. The Dogs couldn't hit or play defense yesterday. They keep this up and I'm rooting for Pitman sooner.

Bear Creek couldn't beat the a LL team but Gurr looked good nonetheless and threw a lot of strikes.
I didn't see the varsity game but heard ZO had a hit in his first Varsity at bat and threw out a runner at home from CF to end an inning. He will be fun to watch this year. The 3 sophmores should help out a good deal this year as advertised.
The Dogs will step t up when it matter I'm sure. Do you think Tommy will continue to play up?

Not sure if Evans will stay up. My opinion is that he should, he can play anywhere and has a little more speed than most.

THS 19 - 0 over Bear Creek. Kramer had a great game in the 2nd inning going 2-2 with a grand slam and triple for 7 ribbies. Wheeland dominated. I think only 1 or 2 players put that ball in play the rest were Ks.

Ha - you said it all when you said Bear Creek but I've never heard of 7 RBIs in an inning - Geez. Pitman V pounded Ceres then lost to Sonora 7-3. Pitman JV won both games against A pathetic Ceres team and a decent Sonora team.

Compared to the last few years it doesn't look like there's as much dominant pitching in the area...

The Sonora starter was pretty dominant through 4 innings. I don't know his name and didn't bother to ask.
