I have to tell you, as I was driving to the Pitman Coaches clinic at VOS tonight I was expecting to be both bored and disappointed.
Wow was I wrong! Mick Tate brought his entire coaching staff and many players and put on an outstanding clinic. The Pitman coaches came with handouts and walked through a good number of drills. They were well pprepared and obviously put some real effort into providing our LL coaches with some great info.
No doubt now - my kid is going to Pitman. Thanks to all the Pitman coaches and kids.

Guy's- We are all BULLDOGS at our house, I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED with Pitman's Clinic. The attitude of the Coaches - their knowledge of the game , and excitement they showed. VERY WELL DONE .
I've heard good things about Coach Tate ( a THS GRAD ). Time well spent !!

Relax - Our kids will probably all end up at Roselawn. That would be a shorter drive for you Rodney Seriously though, you guys aren't suggesting you pick your son's high school based on the coaching staff. Girlz PLEASE!

I'm sorry I missed it. I was stuck at Lampost with the Vikings. Rodney... It's OK to all be Bulldogs in your family, But sometimes you must do what's best for the kids. Swallow your PRIDE (no pun intended) and come over to PITMAN...The best damn HIGH SCHOOL in T-town.

Don't be fooled by a nice new school, it may look better cosmetically but they have the same classes and use the same text books. History and tradition will always beat out pride in the long run. Pitman's baseball tradition has come from Orestimba, Denair and Patterson.

Geez.....I'm kidding about Pitman not being a good school but someone has to get Cumberland fired up. He is yet to throw his 2 cents in.....I can hardly wait for the insight he will bring to the forum on this friendly debate. BTW- Turlock is better,LOL.
