Last nights game between the Giants & Braves was one hell of a game. I haven't been here but a few years but the way the Giants kept it all together losing by 5 or 6 (I cant remember as we were talking about moving into a tie for first with the men in black) heading to the bottom 6 and rallying to win the game. WTG Chris & the rest of the Giants!!!!

It got a little scary when the Braves had that big 5th inning. Defensively thing didn't go so well for us and I probably went an inning too far with Jens. However, after we had our huddle at the bottom of the 6th the kids had this look like we're gonna win this thing. Our 9 year old got us started and then veterans brought it home. It was a great feeling let me tell ya.
The best comeback? Pretty close but last year we needed to beat this same Braves team to have chance at going to the league championship. We were losing 11-3 in the fifth and scored twelve runs in our half of the inning to pull it out.
I lost my voice that night too. That Braves team can never be taken for granted as they can really HIT THE BALL.
Thanks Jim for the kind words!

I personally like the comeback the Cards had earlier this year against the Giants....you know the one you won in 5 and lost in 6.....j/k bro...looking forward to Wednesday as I know both teams will be ready to play. Good luck to you and the "Boys in Black"

Dang...nothing gets by you!! Yes I have had him swimming laps all afternoon and feeding him junk food. Right now I am gonna see how long he is able to hold his breath in the deep end. I think it will help him stay more relaxed during the game. You know I am just trying to get him in better shape as he has looked a little sluggish of late. I also told him feel free to come over before the game Wednesday and take a swim because I heard a heat wave is coming thru mid-week. That is okay right? I mean you do allow swimming on game day right? I promised him some ice cream before the game as well....dang kid loves Rocky Road!

Chris just so you know I had him throw about a 120 balls to Grayson today so Grayson could get an idea of what to expect Wednesday. I am sure his arm should be fine by then I did take him out to Red Robin for dinner because he did so well in BP.
