LMAO..... Be happy I was able to get that up. I was so tired when we got home I just wanted to get into bed . Murphy informed me Saturday night after 3 games a that he put me in charge of the updates. My Superior half informed me before hand that I was not going to be spending any time on-line this weekend. SORRY guys. First thing is a big THANK YOU to Mr. V. for pointing out the tourney last year. What a beautiful place to play ball. 6 games in 2 days in 75 degree weather. The Renegades rolled into Santa Cruz Friday and the team went to eat dinner on the pier and had a great time. Then the boys took over the Boardwalk. (we will have a picture of Tyler, Blake, Alex and Patrick up soon that is great). Saturday started a little slow with us losing the first game 6-5. We were down 6-0 going to the 6th but the boys woke up and battled back to have the bases loaded when the game ended. They responded nicely to the nice little chat Tony gave them after the game the take the the next 5 games to take home First Place. Trevor Chaney came back to be named MVP. After barfing his lunch next to Tony's feet Trevor came back to take the the Award. It's to bad his dad wasn't there to watch it Great weekend, all the boys did a great job. I want to put this challenge out there. The Renegade parents will out party any other team in Turlock!!! Any Takers?

I don't doubt it about your parents. You, Tony and Joe can probably beat us all by yourselves.

Joe and I couldn't crack the 4th string when it comes to partying on this team. When you have Murph and Bradley as your go to guys thats about as good as it gets. A few of the women can drink us under the table too.

Thanks guys for all the support but Greenie did not tell you he was the one walking around all day with that red cup in his hand while I was spending 6 hours on the baseball field with no breaks. I did get a sip here and there but nothing to sit down and enjoy. I have to say yes Greenie the chat woke the boys up but it goes to show when their heads are in the right place what they can accomplish. I would like to say Trevor was very deserving of his award with some great defense and timely hitting I did not mind the blowing of the chunks when he performed the way he did. Also Justin Bradley pitched the first championship game of his young career going 5 strong innings giving up 1 run he was stoked about that. Lil Murph behind the plate was a huge asset throwing out base runners I will have to check the books to see exactly how many. Austin Bush in the semi final game going 6 innings for the victory 6-3. Blake Cedarlind with some great plays at SS and Alex Sneizek with a couple of huge diving plays in the semi finals to get us there. Also Alex missed hitting a bomb with it hitting off the very top of the fence with the fences being 240 and then add 20 feet tall fences it was huge. We had contributions from everyone and it was very tiresome. These kids played their arses off with their backs against the wall after loosing the first game. They had to roll off 5 victories in a row to win it, if they loose one we are done and they accepted the challenge and rose to the top. Like I say the kids are awsome for just a local group of kids out of one small community getting together and playing baseball. Again thanks everyone for all the support and it is fun to see all of our Turlock teams having success and I wish the Thunder and Dawgs the best of luck this weekend.

By the way Jeff I will put you right in there with me but like you said it is great to have the kind of parents the Rengades have as far as being successful. I feel we have the greatest parents in the world and they are very supportive and accomidating when it comes to the success of this team. Do not ever think coaches do not appreciate the commitment the parents make for making this happen because when you have a special group of parents like our team has it is very much appreciated. Thanks very much Renegade Parents.
