I have been a little busy lately. It seems I missed something between Mel and Mark. I do agree with what Mark has to say but the lenghty response is border-line "Crash" territory.J/K
As for the Renegades, I'll make no excuses. We looked great one minute and looked like poo the next. I do think for the kids on the Am/E 11's were still a little gassed from all the traveling down south they just did. A little break should get them fired up again. Regardless to lose two games to some "hillbilly" knucklehead coach with a mediocre team was horrible.

Rangers went 2 - 2 - 1. Being without Derr (on vacation) and losing Kramer (to Nor Cal) makes it tough to compete at the level we're used to. But even our loses were close and they were against a very good Bel Passi team so I'm proud of the boys. It's been a great 13U season for the boys and the team did great. 42 - 10 - 2. Not too shabby for a bunch of hayseeds. I'm looking forward to what these kids will do the next few years at Turlock & Pitman. The first batch (Kramer, Ford, Lopez, Heller, McDonald, Abuan & Flood) begin this fall when they hit the gridiron. Derr, Nascimento & Ryan have to wait a year... So they'll just have to bide their time with one more year of travel ball!
Nor Cal swept the tourney going 6 - 0 and Kevin was named defensive MVP, playing mostly SS. He also had two keys hits in the championship game... So he continues, as expected, to make Turlock proud.
