The Rangers went 4-0 this weekend out scoring their opponents 46-6 to win the Brentwood Summer Slam 12U Tourney. I hear the Turlock Thunder won in Fresno. Turlock's 11U BYB team also owned at Brentwood. Not a bad weekend for Turlock teams. They'll all be playing at Rainbow next weekend.

Team effort on Thunders end....clutch hitting and solid pitching did the trick on Sunday. Had to beat Fresno Blue Devils both games to take home the goods. Good showing for the team in their second tournament. Congrats to the Rangers and BYB as well....go Turlock!

Congratulations on doing so well in Brentwood and Fresno to the Turlock 12u Teams. It is rare that a team, just starting out like both of your teams, comes in and does so well so. I always tell new teams that you need to take your lumps early and learn so you can win later.
For both teams to take a tournament this fast says alot about the talent of the kids and coaching. Great job and wish you well in the next one.
We TPR Raptors13u (another Turlock team!!) will be in action at Rainbow Aug. 19-20 as well. 10u TPR Jaxx dont look like they will have enough teams to play in their division.
See you all at the ball fields.....

The BYB 11u won the championship on the arm and bat of Tyler Murphy as he was chosen MVP by his teammates and went 13 for 16 in the 5 games playd as BYB would go 5-0 in the tournament outscoring their oppennets 44 -4. It was great to see the whole Turlock Baseball family be successful at these events. In Fresno it was nice to see the Thunder do well as I hear Howser and Gomes was swinging hot bats and Hoover doing a great job on the mound. Also I hear Brennan Howser went yard with his first homerun in travel ball. The 2 have been looking so good at practice with their hard work on their hitting and it seems to be paying off keep up the hard work guys and you guys will see the benefits look forward to all the Turlock teams having successful weekends maybe when everybody gets their schedule we can post it for all the Turlock fans so they can come out and support the teams.

Great job to all the Kids & Parents ---- as we know TRAVEL BALL takes dedication from not only players/coaches ...but families as well.
Sure impressed with the BRENTWOOD FACILITY, IMO -Tourney Director did a great job.
If the Ranger 12U had a MVP this weekend..I think we would just list the whole roster. TEAM WIN..outstanding "D"--hot bats, and solid pitching. Just good BB.
CONGRATS to ALL of our TURLOCK TEAMS !!
