BYB will board their planes for Cooperstown New York on Friday June the 16th to try and become National Champions in Cooperstown. They will begin pool play on Sunday with 7 pool play games between Sunday and Tuesday and then the playoffs begin on Wednesday with the finals on Thursday to win it all the Boyz will have to play 11 or 12 games in a 5 day period. Once back home the Boyz will have a short break and then travel to Davis to compete in the first ever Western United States Jr Olympics with teams from all over the western United States. The tournament in Cooperstown will host 96 10u teams from all over the United States.

Greenie, Hope that's a joke...don't know who you are so not sure....
Nobody has put more time and effort into a group of kids then Tony has and no matter what level he coaches at he wins..... He gets the most out of his teams.
There are not too many people I would let my sons play for and trust but Tony is one of them. He is a great coach and has helped my oldest son get to where he's at.
BYB has got to be the best team in the state of California right now for any youth age. They have won many tournaments playing up an age in 11u bracket. They have destroyed Southern California teams that are suppose to be elite 10u teams. They have probably one 98% of their games. I only remember them losing once in the 41 games they have played in Turlock, twice playing up an age and winning! Any one can get beat anytime, but I expect them to be the favorites in Cooperstown! Good luck and play hard.

For anyone that is interested here is BYB's schedule for Cooperstown they begin play on Sunday morning @ 11am vs South Forsyth War Eagles (Ga) then 4:30pm on Sunday vs Memphis Red Sox (TN), Monday 8:30am vs South Florida Baysox (Fla) then Monday @ 1:45pm vs Greensboro Batting Center Spitfire (SC), Tuesday 8:30am Virginia Young Guns (VA) and their last game of pool play is at 7pm vs Carolina Reds (NC) then on Wednesday BYB has a bye in the last round of pool play and then they begin single elimination play Wednesday evening. Also the game on Sunday @ 4:30pm against the War Eagles is on web cam so anyone can log on to the Cooperstown website and watch the game on your computer.
