they finshed in 4th place
they beat Sonora HS 4-2
lost semi final game 8-5 to Lincoln of Stockton
and 3rd place game 8-7 Pinole Valley
National South Exchange Club Amums Sergio Perez went 6-9 with a double and 3 walks, Derek King also had several hits while batting 3rd as a sophmore, and pitcher Willie Galdamez shut down a powerful Lincoln of Stockton limiting them to 3 hits thru 5 innings of relief work.

Thanx for the update Mark. Always good to see Turlock Little League products move on and be successful at the High School level. I remember all those young men. King I know very well. He has a very nice swing for his age. Galdamez is always tough and has been throwing strikes his whole life. Perez was making Exchange proud back in those days as well. What grade are him and Willie now??

Willie Galdamez is a Junior. Galdamez is fighting for a spot in the rotation at a school that goes with seniors
Sergio Perez is also a Junior and is the starting shortstop, batting 2nd
Derek King is the starting DH as a sophmore, but with every game that passes he is impressing more than the senior that is slated to play first base and King might end up being the starter soon
