The siteis kind of getting boring... so to add a little spice - Who do you think the greatest team of all time is/was? '27 Yankess? Overrated??? Yankees of the '50s??? Their record makes it hard to argue... 72 - 74 A's??? 88, 89 & 90 A's??? Could make an argument. Had great piching depth, perhaps more so than any other team. The Big Red Machine? Red Sox of late 1910s??? Any time Ruth is your pitcher you gotta throw that in the mix... The Dodgers of Koufax, Drysdale of the 60s??? The Yankees of late??? The Cubs of..... NEVER! Sorry, couldn't resist! lol The Gas House Gang? Greatest dynasty? ? How about one team, one saeson.... Who would you got with???

Da Bulls were good but I'd have to go with the 71 - 72 Lakers. Chamberlin, West, Goodrich, Hairston and Elgin Baylor. Hard to beat. Pat Riley off the bench. Hard to beat.

Three Dynasites
UCLA College Hoops Boston Celtics in the 50-60 Yankees-- in the 50's dominated
Those were the three big ones, all of the others like the Bulls, Patriots, 49er's are off-shoots.
The team is the 84 Celtics with Bird Mchale Parish in their primes.

16 Championships in roughly 56 years versus 26 in 105 percentage wise the Celtics are the greatest dynasty.
NBA Champions 1957, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 68, 69, 74, 76, 81, 84, 86. They have 30 percent of the NBA Titles.
The Yankees have won approximately 24 percent of the time. Don't get me wrong, the Yankees are far and away the greatest Baseball dynasty ever.
Like all good Dodger fans say: Those damn Yankees, Wait til next year.

I know that you are talking about the Professionals. But my favorite team of all time was the 1996 American/American East Junior League allstars. They were coached by my husband, but that isn't why they were my favorite. They did win, (district and sections without a loss, into the championships at division), but mainly because those boys were so in love with just playing baseball. They were great kids, and they had so much fun. When they played you could tell not only were they good players, but they loved the game. So the 1996 Turlock American/American East Junior League All Stars are my favorite. MEL

2005 Bees, yes I've heard great things about those kids. There's at least 4 HOFers in the bunch. But seriously if you want to talk about little league dynasty's, I'll say 1982 National Market. That team was dominant. I hear some of my teammates went on to have pretty good softball careers, Soderstrom wasn't bad either.

I'm gonna create a board that Craig & Mike can go at it 24/7. It would be a hoot.
