I would say between all 4 leagues seeing how they are the feeder program for the high schools and if you look at the Junior programs and if Craig lets the boys play in Turlock LOL I would say 28 that would be 14 per high school give or take a few LOL hows that for being on the fence....

my guess and its just a guess as i havent seen many of this year 12s but i would say between all 4 leagues and with more coming from A/AE than from N/NS AND ASSUMING THEY ALL PROJECT AT THE PACE THEY HAVE BEEN
as JUNIORs: 5 will be starters at THS and/or Pitman combined (if you count Denair as many as 5 more could start).
as SENIORS: 12 will be starters at THS and/or Pitman combined (if you count Denair as many as 9 more could start).
and reason why i say many more could be starters at Denair than THS and Pitman combined is that being a small school in D7 there isnt much competition at that school.
many of their "stars" (this years seniors) would have been bench players with very little playing time if any at THS and especially at Pitman (Exception: Vierra would have been starting catcher at THS but only a backup at Pitman and Stuart would have got some innings for THS but none at Pitman)

here is the list of underclassmen that were starters for THS and Pitman this year and remember this was a good class (2002) as the Nationa;s went on to win D-10 and Section-6 Banners before losing in Divisionals to APTOS (who eventually went to Williamsport, PA that year for the LL World Series)
Pitman: Austin Keaton--Junior--National LL--Shortstop (everyday starter) Ian Fregosi--Junior--American East LL--Outfield(everyday starter) Grant Adams--Sophmore--American East LL--Outfield
Turlock HS: Sergio Perez--Junior--National South LL--Shortstop(everyday starter) Tanner Mendoza--Junior--American LL--3rd Base Jared Serpa--Junior-National South LL--3rd Base/2nd Base/Pitcher Derek King--Sophmore--National South LL--1st Base(everyday starter) Derek Woods--Sophmore--American East LL--Outfield

How many played travel ball and how many just LL?
How many played SS (predominantly) in Little League?

of the ones i posted.
i believe grant adams hasnt played travel, all the rest have.
i believe if memory serves correctly that all of the above played SS in LL, although some better than others and some out of necessity
Keaton was the super standout and my brother (perez) was a few steps behind Keaton (still behind him), than it was a pretty big drop off to the rest on list. that is still evident as those 2 are the starting shortstops at their high schools (Turlock and Pitman)
