Yes the pitch count has been officially adopted for ALL levels including the Senior Division.

They claim a modified version will be carried through All stars.

I think that this is a great rule. It will allow the development of pitchers without ruining a young man's arm.
I'm sure they will increase the number of pitches for all-stars or probably the rest requirements, instead of three days after 60 pitches, it might be two days.
I also be the tournaments will take longer to allow for the ace to be able to pitch every other game.
