LOL Yep, I saw a couple of innings go from a quick two outs to 30 pitches in a hurry. You really begin to love kids who hit first pitches and go up swinging.

I think this rule can help cure the "Daddyball" problem. Dad/coach has to develope more than his kid to pitch now. I like being positive, I think this rule could work.LOL

LOL @ MIke - Two year ago we had a coach show up at the all stars meeting with a half dozen kids hitting over .500. We won the City that year and he finished last. They must have gotten all their hits against other teams as they didn't hit a buck fifty against us. We didn't have a single kid hit .500 that year.
Makes you wonder eh? That's why without out a single official scorer stats are meaningless for making all star decisions.

Stats are meaningless in the american league for all-stars. They struggled counting the votes, until I spoke up one the best players only got two votes. After questioning that all the other coaches had said they voted for the kid. A quick re-count and low and behold there was four votes.hmmmm I wonder how many others got hosed by these baffoons?

Good to see you're really reaching out to mend fences.

I always wondered how brass hit .429 as a 9. As for the others being hittable. I remember a certain 10 that held you guys in check for 3 innings then was pulled for a 12 who gave up like 10 runs in 1 inning to give you a tie.

They don't want to mend fences, just throw eggs at them. My disgust comes from the people that did nothing but bad mouth people that have ran the league for years. Once in charge they were gonna do things the right way, like keep all business in Turlock. If that was the case.......where did the pictures come from? Not the Turlock photographer that had done a good job for years but a company from the bay area. I was all for paying a little extra for uni's if it meant staying local but for pete's sake you can't bad mouth the prior board and then go and do the same thing if not worse.

Nah, that 10 year old can bring it. Not so excited to see him as an 11. It'll be cool to see him up with the 11/12 this year

I thought you guys could hit over on the dark side. Maybe Mr.Lau needs to come in a straiten them boys out. We had 2 hit over .500 and both will be back ;D

You'd think that they'd have more .500 hitters on that side because the outfielders have soooo far to range. Julien is huge compared to Soderquist.
