I think the Junior program should just have games during the week. Then maybe they could get the travel ball kids to play both. I know with the Renegades, we made the decision to shut down once LL starts and not pick up until after all-stars. If they just agreed to not play during all-stars both travel and juniors could benefit. My only concern is the size of some of these kids pitching on a 60/90 field. That is where travel ball has the edge.

The kids and parents of those that do not play travel ball should not be forced to play all games during the week because travel ball players want to do both....just my opinion

If what I heard is correct the numbers are up in Juniors, even though quite a few 13 and 14 year olds are playing travel ball exclusively. There was talk of even adding teams?
With the new rules LL is creating they lose more players to travel ball every year - at LL age levels...
