The scenerio seems all so familiar.....We both know anything can happen and I wish you and your boys nothing but the best of luck. Make sure you guys bring your 1000$'s worth of bats....hehehehe....we will continue to use the league issue equipment as we are self funded and come from the poor side of town.

Cards are lurking after a 3-1 win over the MUCH improved A's....man bringing in a your son with the base's loaded and 2 out in the top of the 5th with the score 2-1 can sure make a guys hair fall out. Best 3 strikes I have seen him throw all year!!! That was a battle tonight as the A's pitcher threw a very nice game with 82 pitches. Nice win by the Dodgers as well over the D'backs who were a no show....congrats and good luck with the remainder of their Games .....couple of HUGE games coming up next week. Giants vs Dodgers and a must win situation for the Cards vs D'backs. Gotta Love it!!!

It has indeed been a season with ups and downs for many teams. As we go down to the wire again. Giants and Dodgers is a key game. Chris we look forward to an exciting Tuesday. I am sure Cards will be paying close attention to this game, since at the end two teams will remain standing. However, the way Braves have been playing they can become a spoiler for the Cards. Not to mention a if the Dodgers should win we would still have to win out against the Yanks. Imagine this scenerio, Dodgers take the Giants, but Cards lose to the Braves and Dodgers lose to the Yanks. We would be back to a three team playoff. As wacky as this season has been.....could happen.
NS is just as wacky as the Yanks and Angels in a tie for first with Braves one game back. What a 2006 season.

LOL Mr. V....the on part that was not mentioned is the part before we play the Braves we must first contend with the D'backs....that is unless they are not going to show for us as they did the Dodgers Regardless what happens at least we did win the first half and will have a playoff if needed for the National Crown...good luck to all....well not to much good luck......
