Wow - Its definately a step up to watch these guys play. Turlock was killed by errors and passed balls. Mark says Friday will be different with Gonzales on the hill. It'll be a fun game to see.

D1 HS Baseball at the Varsity level is an exciting and competitive sport. We have some very good program's in the area. Now if you want to see a example of what's next for the seniors, take a drive down to Fresno and watch the Bulldogs play. WOW -I can understand why so few go on to Collage ball......

yes, friday will have a college like atmosphere......at Merced JC.........Cesar (defending CCC MVP and Duke Blue Devils bound) on the bump for Golden Valley HS to go up Nathan Gonzalez (defending All League 1st Team Pitcher and St. Mary's College bound).......two kids that have received D1 College Scholarships to play baseball......throwing in the mid to upper 80's (maybe 90 on a couple pitches every now and then)....................and this could all be to see who will take second place and earn a playoff spot for the season............very interesting game to say the least...............
