Bubba ~
After last year I suggest you just find a bat that won't break. I don't know how many catalyst and stealth bats had to be returned last year but I bet it was in the dozens.

Glad to hear Catlyst is back, my son loved his yellow Catlyst but then the blue one was garbage. I was a little hesitant to buy the new one.

Chris, I didn't hear of any stealth breaking was it also a problem. What stealth was breaking. I was thinking about buying Zach a new bat this week-end. I was leaning toward the new catlyst unless I hear different here over the next couple days.

yea but whats worse your bat getting broken by that kid who borrowed it or your kid breaking a new bat that he borrowed.

Depends on how wealthy the breakers parent is I guess.

who cares......if the broken bat is less than 1 year old you send it to louisville slugger with a copy of the receit and within 10 days you get a brand new one back, no questions asked!!!!

Three times in one season bud? Its a pain and inevitably the kid is going to be without a bat for a week to 10 days or more.

The Banana bat is a couple of years old so when it breaks it's C'est la vie. Pat loaned his out during AS and never saw it again. I wonder how rich the kid's parent is who broke it?

The blue catalyst were breaking left and right last year from what I heard. I know we had one break at practice. Pat's yellow one breaking is the first one I have heard about. Zach still has his yellow one but I think he is ready to move up a size. Plus he has a little Christmas money burning a whole in his pocket and I would rather he chip in on a new bat then buy another 49ers jersey.
