I saw Jerry had popped in for a visit and while acknowledging Coop I failed to acknowledge the guy who's been there for our league for a couple of years now.
Jerry has given at least day a week out of his schedule for the last two-three years to volunteer his time fro N/NS games. Jerry is the real deal when it comes to umpires. We're very lucky to have him. Whenever he umpires a Giants game it makes it a little more fun as you know you're going to get some outstanding officiating.
So a belated thank you to Jerry as well for all his efforts to make Little League a great experience for everyone.
