What a comeback by the 10s. With two outs in the bottom of the sixth, trailing 4 - 6, the # 2 hitter draws a walk. Austin Bush splices the LF and CF with a hard grounder and the runner scores from first on the single. Anthony Moreno gets a hit, moving Bush to 3rd. Next batter, Bret Potter, gets an IF hit just to the right hand side of SS. Dakota Edwards hits a long, deep gapper to RCF driving in two to win the game! Their excitement at the finish is what Little League is all about!
These boys have done the near impossible, advancing through the losers bracket winning 6 in a row, the last 5 over the last 5 days, to take the Distrcit 10 Northern Division championship (overall record 7 - 1). Wow!

Good Luck Turlock in All Divisions! Make sure you let everyone know when and where the games are. We have some of the best players around right here in Turlock! Take it to River Park.

Matt & Chris Congrats on your teams performance and representation of Turlock Baseball. Great job well done. You gentleman desire a big pat on the back with what you have done with your team. It is never easy to put an All Star team together and making a line up with what you and your staff feel is the best direction to go. Sounds like the two of you handle it very well. Your players and parents should be very proud of what TN 11's have accomplished. I have only known twice that RP has lost in the District. Once last year on their home field against the AE 11's and this year with the TN 11's. Yes, River Park has been the power house in the last 3 to 4 years. When someone who can donate 10 million to the program to help build a program and when your team has the support from Fresno State, it does make a difference. It is about time they either change their boundaries or split into two leagues. I have a tough time believing that the area they draw from is only within the 20,000 population according to the rule book. It is nice to see our Turlock teams show the class act that we have from all four of our leagues. I would not want to be any where else but with Turlock. What would it be like if Turlock only had one team at all levels? Congrats to all and hopefully we can bounce back tonight and beat RP in Madera at 7pm. It is a little tough to defend the long ball after making a couple of errors to set the table. I want to thank Chris, Rod, their sons, President Placido and family and those that I might have missed that were there last night to help support our players and league.
Thank you Turlock, Coach Coop 11-12's AE
