Oh yeah, I forgot - guys like you consider poker a sport! not me, i consider poker a good source of income, one thats a lot better than working for C.A. such a good job, i often get home late night/early mornings at 6:30 AM with barely enough time to shower and get to work. I make more in 1 night playing poker than i do the whole work week quite often, although there are also times when i do lose. you can make or lose a decent amount of change playing 10-20 with a full kill, which means 20-40 are the stakes if a person wins 2 consecutive hands

O.K. Crash is back, let the games begin. First of all poker is a sport if it wasn't it wouldn't be on espn, by the way I can't remember slowpitch softball being televised. Then we get to Lee Marchant, great guy and a hell of a generous sponsor. Yes he played 3rd base and yes the pants were a bit too tight. When we told him about he said, "I know, I'm doing to screw with Cumberland" I told him to be careful that you might be a switch hitter. Dodger hat, you should play Omaha H/L , more action and bigger pots.

I thought Lee was just to out do Mabe. that would've been a close call...

Back to the topic. What are BYB's options when confronted with BS positions the two associations have staked out? I think we should start by making the rounds of the more popular BB Boards and see how others really feel.

This is total BS. you guys should change your name and go in an kick some butt. It definitely sounds like you are getting blackballed and that is not right. Everybody says they want to play the best, but a lot of them don't
It is to bad Mr. Murph, but keep on fighting.

Changing the name would only work for about 2 or 3 tournaments until everybody finds out who we are.

Travel ball or Little League, everyone hates a winner. (except me) My dad use to tell me "Show me a good loser and I'll show you a loser".

Then keep changing it. Until you find out what the real deal is. I know it is about the money. but how many tournaments are there. There must be enough to go around.

those guys must be doing a bunch of dirty stuff.
last year there were 5 or 6 tournament directors all working together under USSSA, now as far as i know there was a major split last year in the off season (Leach and Lunstrum). then omohundro also split off in mid season.
something fishy is going on over there with Jezt

Tony,
Sure wish my team had the problem of being too good. Must be tough! I meaning pretty soon you are going to have to come up to 13's and play us.
Our teams are opposite..... BYB wins everything around here but cant perform at Nationals. The Bomberz never beat you in California, but you have to go to New York to let them win!!
Raptors dont do well around here but have placed 3rd out of 64 as 10u's and 4th out of 44 as 12u's in National Events Out of State.
Dont feel bad, who wants to play Usssa any way? I have noticed that if you rearrange the letters usssa spells ASS US or US ASS. Either way is not good unless you are Chaney or Craig and into that kinda stuff....
Anyway, what is preventing you from adding 12's to your 11 team and just doing the same thing at 12's? How about renaming the team. Raptors is a good name. Already got Orisio's team wants to join us, sort of.

Lance do not forget BYB was the10u Winter National Champions and have won 3 tournaments in Chino Hills also just we had a bad weekend in Las Vegas but it was bound to happen as far as the Cooperstown thing it is not about winning it is the experience even though winning is nice not much prestige there if you win it but any way our Boyz have one National Title and the National Champion rings to prove it what about anybody besides Orisio who won the Triple Crown Tournament in Steamboat Springs and probably more to come he has an awsome team with alot of talent.

I think Lance was referring to the hiding in the closet issue you and Craig have with one another!
