Congrats to Coop and the Yankees for advancing to the City Championship to represent American/AE. They defeated the Red Sox in a classic baseball duel, 1- 0. Damian Sousa-Johnson pitched 5 2/3 innings to earn the win and Kevin Kramer threw one pitch to earn the save. Congrats to the Red Sox as well for a fine season. Fans could not have asked for a more thrilling game - everyone shold be proud.

I heard it was quite a duel. Now ol' Coop can retire after his return to the City Championship. Great job Yanks. Could be an all Yankee City Championship. Someone needs to wear grey pants.

Fortunately the AE Yanks have been in grey pants all season. Might make it a bit easier. Maybe Rodney can spring for full pinstripes if he gets by the Cards?
