when you count all games you force the coaches to use their horses for the entire season.
when you dont count interleague games towards league championships, you allow the coaching staff to devolope more pitching without having to worry about league standings

Rodney: Chris said the Giants will win it all this year, at least you guys had a good year last year.LOL Gosh...I head out to the shop and look what happens...Chris is making predications. The GIANTS will be a good team, and very competative...but I like the YANKEES to go all the way ( GREENIE will be along shortly ) Maybe we can get the Bulldog tradition working in our favor...........

Mark, JMO-With this years pitch count all teams are going to have dig a little deeper, so you will not be able to use your horse "so to speak" to win it all. It will take a well rounded team to win it all. And I am sure that each league will or may do it differently when it comes to the play off pitcher for the TOC and City. However I do beleive the cream rises to the top so why not take a total win including inter-league play to achive your champions.

because TLL is 4 leagues that just happen to be playing against each other during the regular season.
to determine for example the Chmpions of National South only games played against NS should count, yes use the whole schedule to determine draft order the following year but the best team from each individual league should be the champion.
what if for example as many are predicting the NS Yankess to be the big favorites in NS. what if they bomb out and go 6-6 against the AM and AE teams (and face all the aces from those leagues) and go 9-0 againt the NS League opponants to finish out at 15-6 and lets say a medium team like the Angels from NS goes 9-3 against AM and AE (against their number 2s because they followed the Yankess and couldnt face the #1) and goes 6-3 against other NS teams including 3 losses to the Yankess?
should they have to playoff? or should the Yankess be champions because they were. under current NAT?NS rules they are cochampions and should playoff. my take is that Yankees shouldnt have to do so and should be automatic champions

LOL - U sh** Trevor! Chris (me) has made no predictions. We'll have a tough go this year. We'll be lucky to finish in the top 3 in National. We're shooting for a .500 season.

We should do better than .500 Chris, come on. I predict we will go 12-10. If we catch a few breaks 14-8.

Scrapper: Unlimited potential? Now you have the kids going 14-8 at best, with some breaks. By February you will be saying, " we will be lucky to win a game". Stay strong, talk smack and don't deviate from the original statement, guys like Crash will have a field day with the back-pedaling.

I'm not back pedaling, we just have a lot of what if's We have a lot a young guys. We have two bona fides 12's and an all-around utility guy whose 12. If our 11's get hot and our 10 yr old can improve on last year we will be dangerous. Like I said, earlier, we will be in the thick of things, 8-3 each half can get it done. But we will need some help.

Scrap, you came out of the gate strong. Now there are a lot of "what if's". Don't worry your'e not alone. The Yanks have a stud pitcher and a strong #2 but they too will have a few ?'s. The Dodgers talk like they can compete with them......at least Sniezek and Greenie think so.LOL It is all just to see who will get to play the Cubbies for the city championship. Which Craig has predicted a victory for the american east. The Red Sox in the american were picked to win it all again last year with 10 returning players.......well maybe their ego's got the best of them. My point is that anything can happen, this year everyone is on the National or South Yankees bandwagon. They do look good on paper and it doesn't hurt to have the most dominant pitcher in town on their team but they still have to play up to their potential. I now know why you guys were pulling for inter-league so hard.....I would hate to have to go against Nick 3 or 4 times a year. So the help you are asking for might come in inter-league.

We have some hardworking Kids and with ZO and Jens leading the way, we will need a few breaks with the 85 pitch counts. Our younger players are going to have to step up. I think it is there, we just haven't seen it yet. We did have 8 AS players last year, we lost one of our big guns, but there are still 7 AS that are coming back.
The Dodgers are going to be tough, but they are beatable. The Yanks probably the best pitching, but again they are beatable as well. I think our league will have 4 teams in the hunt most of the year. With a break here or there any one of the four teams can win the National Side and I still like our chances, because our kids are gonna have a great year.

You forgot to mention the coaching staff. Chris has learned so much from Crash over the years that it has to count for something.LOL

I like Chris's approach to it. I also like how John conducts himself, they are both class acts. Chris gave my son a shot and I will always be greatful for that. He had a pretty good year last year. If you hear any of them talk about the brass, that is my son.

Chris will do a great job again this year. He may have to cut back on his practice schedule this year to focus on the Renegades web-site. Which he has to start in January. I promised Crash that we would have one that would embarrass his site. We thought of having a visor on a baseball with highlights on the seems.J/K Tony

Gosh......we are really in the deep end predicting Baseball, especially LL. I remember what Jim Leyland said after the TIGERS were defeated in the WS..THATS BASEBALL.....a game of inches
Yes I think the Yankees will be tough, but we are going to be playing many talented teams, and it will take some BREAKS this year ( as in last ) to make the cut...We will have to work hard, play well. Fortunately we have had a year to work with the pitch count, and it takes some getting use to.
We look forward to great year of LL playing our old favorites and the new kids across town
