What truly amazes me about the whole redraft thing is how inappropriate the the behavior of the N/NS BOD was during discussions.
From the Player Agent who had wanted a family member on a different team to the coaches who refused to discuss the issue of redrafting because it went against their coaching interest. You as BOD members had an obligation to abstain if you had a conflict. You also have an obligation to do what was in the best interest of each individual league. Bob Berry should never approve a joint BOD again.
There is no way in hell National Manager/Coaches should have been voting on issues that related to whether or not NS should have redrafted. With the exception of a few members this is the most unethical board I can remember. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
However, karma being what it is some of those members got exactly what they deserved subsequent to the vote. Ironically, one of the smuggest members of the board drafted so poorly he had a better team before the decision to redraft. Another got stuck with the same team despite all her manipulations. Isn'tr Karma a great thing! LMAO

But for some of us we made out on a good note and are pretty darn happy about the outcome. Win or lose, the Marlins will be a GREAT team this year. Ron is an outstanding manager and his coaches, parents and players will do their best to make a good situation out of what seemed to be a bad one with some bad decisions. GO MARLINS!!!!

Great - I hope the Marlins have a great season and you certainly have a great manager. I'm not trying to drag you down and I hope the kids have a wonderful experience. But I'm going to keep calling the knuckleheads on their decisions as more people call me every day with interesting new info.

Go Marlins! I agree, Ron is a great coach and friend. Nagging about what has been done is ... well....just dumb. Get over it and PLAY BALL!

Wow Chris, for once you hit the nail on the head. I can't seem to stop laughing everytime I think about it. With the top 8 players, IMO, going to two teams, Bill and Mike should be happy with the outcome of the redraft except for one player, of course. Oops, I just laughed again! There may be something to this Karma thing.
