LOL - Jim
All we have time for is fast food. Hey, I recall a certain 10 year old coming within a few feet of joining the HR Club here recently. What are YOU feeding him? ;D
Yep, the 10U all stars should do very well this year.

BTW - If you're looking for a good hitting coach you can't beat Crash. Any success Jenson is having comes from the time he spent with Craig Cumberland at Ranger's practice.

My son was drafted as a 9 as well ( but didn't turn 9 til mid July) and in his case would have benifited in his first year to stay in minors. Now that the changed the age cutoff he is finally playing at his true age as an 11 year old and having alot more fun playing the game. He is one of the few that will get 5 years in the majors but that first year was tough on him as he only got the 1 ab and 2 innings on D. I agree with Crash that MOST 9's would benifit by not playing in the majors. Scrapper I have seen your boy and he is what your name says...a real scrapper. He appears to have the right attitude. When I played LL way back in the late 60's we all had to play 1 year of minors before we could go out for the draft for majors. I did not mind at all as it was much more fun playing with my own age group. Back then tho we did not have AA and AAA. The one thing I have always found strange is we let 9's get drafted for majors but they cannot play AAA?? On another topic of the cream I personaly asked Jens if he was using the cream at our game tonight and his first reply was YES!!! Just hope Bud does not hear this news.
