I know many of you don't consider baseball a sport until the kids reach varsity many of us have Freshman. I gotta ask if THS has the horses to compete this year. Mendo was a huge gift for you guys but even he may have trouble getting the kids ready.
So Jeff and Bryan what say you? Do the THS Pups have any chance this year?

THS WILL HAVE A GOOD YEAR. WE DONT KNOW IF ANYBODY IS GOING UP TO JV YET. THERE HAS BEEN TALK BUT NO ACTION YET. THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT 3 TO 4 KIDS, MOST LIKELY THE PITCHING STAFF. TALENT IS GOOD, A FEW BIG KIDS (POWER), DEFENSE LOOKS GOOD ALSO, BUT MUCH DEPENDS ON WHAT'S LEFT TO THROW.

Yep, it'll be fun. I was just trying to get you to post Jeff. I know who you guys have and seem to remember most of the same kids stunning the Prowl last year. Its going to be fun.

I heard THS did pull up one member, many still awaiting for the uni switch off. I did hear one needs a date with the barber first- I guess they think he won't be able to see the ball.

WTF- If my sources are right, Turlock made an interesting move today. Basically the only kid that can catch got pulled up to varsity. The varsity team already has three catchers. I don't see where this helps the varsity and hurts the jv. The only sophmore ready to face varsity pitching is already on the team(Kramer). Now I haven't see Brown hit since last year, he could have improved. So far the only freshman sporting a jv jersey is Carr. A lot can happen until league starts, so if someone gets the haircut they can get moved up to catch.
Back to things that matter- Be careful Chris, my detective skills are leaning towards Gracey being a dude. I'd hate to see you fall in love with a "Shim". Proceed with caution.

Thunderpants? I have to agree with Josh on this one. Moreno and May are good guys and love the game but Dozer has forgotten more than most of us will ever know.

hmmmm...Perhaps you're right I better smite him/her. Maybe its Tony Murphy. On the other hand why do so many folks need to post anonymously? When did we agree to provide a therapy forum for closeted individuals?

Nah - I think they were better when Josh was coaching. ;D I am not disparraging Mendonca in any way. I don't know him personally but from what you guys tell me he's a great coach.
But I know he ain't the Holy Ghost and if they pull many more kids up to JV they're in real trouble.

I blame Cumberland. The fair comes to town once a year and brings its interesting work force with it. Once in a while, one gets left behind.
