personally i think that having new leagues spring up in Turlock will only improve turlock baseball in general. it will force all the leagues to get better and to make improvements. that is how things evolve for the better.
without competition, things remain same as usual, which isnt alwsays necesarily good
obviously LL officials are going to Hottie about it taking "Their Players" but these people should have the choice to play whereever they want plus if they were happy with their LL experience they would have no need to play anywhere else, right??? ----------------------------------------------------------
the real winners here will be the kids as they should be getting better overall instruction and the biggest winners will be Turlock High and Pittman as they may start getting kids that actually know the game more often.

Wow what a week.... 4 days outside in 110 degree heat all day!
We will have sign up information early next week (after I recover from the heat).
I am glad to hear of all the interest and think things will go great!
We are not trying to take away from LL in the spring and do not have any plans for anything in the spring. That is LL time. We may try to do something for 13's and 14's in the spring but that would be it.
102 games in 4 days! It was a great tournament and lots of fun.
Thanks,
Lance Boullion
