I had to move because I lived a little to close to you Greenie. If it were left up to me Tyler would have not played LL but because it was something he wanted to do I let him. As far as moving to play for a certain team I guess I made sure the Angels lost as many games as possible last year so they could get first pick. HAHAHAHAHAH This is why I love LL because of people like you Greenie that can stir up the sh-t and get things the way you want them so his team can try and win the league. HAHAHAHAAHAH

Well he succeeded in getting the first pick which will give him the two of the 10 best players in the league (assuming he picks our catcher from last year). 2 of the other 10 best were also Giants. The way he's set himself, all he has to do is pick all Giants and he's bound to win league. ;D

Oh - no response from Greenie. I think we struck a nerve.

The Bradley household is happy today Justin is back with Mike E. They are now the Rockies. Unfortunately we lost half of our original team.

Good for Justin! The sad thing is there was absolutely no reason to redraft NS. This is the wackiest board I can remember. Its not all the board just the working majority who have chosen to feather their own nest rather than doing what is right for the kids and the leagues. Now lets see how long it takes for people to start resigning now that they have gotten their needs met. It started already for a couple of them who couldn't be bothered to assist at tryoouts.

Our team originally only had two returning 12s so we could have taken four more. I'm sure the other two teams were like us. Our league NS lost a lot of kids due to age. So yes it didn't make a lot of sense for NS to redraft. I believe this was going to be a rebuilding year for NS teams anyway. The teams seemed like they were all going to be pretty close to being equal. I guess time will tell if one team will suffer more than others.

WOW... I didn't know that when no teams was add the redraft was going to take place !!! I think it would have been better to place those few kids or parents that had issues with last years team to just go back in the draft ? instead of disrupting all the kids? JMO

It will be interesting to see how all the teams come together. It will be a rebuilding year for the National side (except maybe the Dodgers). For us though, we'll move on to Juniors after this year so it's hard to have Drew's last year in Majors be a rebuilding year. Oh well, we will just try to make this as positive an experience for Drew as possible. Parent naysaying and negative attitudes play a part in their child's baseball experience and I personally want Drew to have fun this year. We'll support Drew and his team and let things fall as they may.
Davina, did Mike get Angel Vasquez back?

No Mike wasn't able to get Angel back. I don't know where he ended up. We're sad.

Randy ~
Thats how things should have happened but unfortunately egos trumped good decision making and the best interest of the kids on the NS side. However, the "immoral majority" had the votes they needed and now they sit smuggly as some long-term little leaguers and their families get hosed.

No - I was not referring to you as I heard you've been sick.

I would like to thank Duane Alameda and Nick Pryschuck. Without these two Julien would look like a sandlot. I was out there today helping Duane and I was blown away by the improvements. The kids are gonna love it. I agree with Randy that we will have the nicest field in the district 10. I would have loved to see what these two would have done if given more time.

Jim if what I've heard is true you have managed to make your first blunder as a manager. It didn't take you long. I can't imagine your bone headed logic. Oh well, you were able to break up the best team in the league so perhaps the dodgers have a chance this year.
