Trevor9..... I agree 100% about the freshman game. Turlock kids had a lot more class! Also, you forgot to mention the great coaching on the THS Freshman squad. hee hee. well debbie i wouldnt say that the kids have more class, but i would say that the coaches have a tighter leash on them and are teaching them what proper behavior on the diamond is......if any1 wants to know what the THS motto is go to their annual preseason parent meeting. they do a great job of explaining their role as Coaches/Role Models............debbie you went through it for 4 years and look at where Josh is (coaching), i just went through my 4th one a couple months ago. you would be amazed at how much these kids are taught about life and about baseball while at THS!....................one more thing i have been in the stands supporting pitman against other teams and i must say their parents are pretty vicious at times.

Your right I shouldn't say more class. I was just saying during the Turlock/Pitman freshman game the Turlock players showed a lot more disipline and yes the coaches do have a shorter leash. I know a lot of the Pitman kids and they are great kids. The coaches didn't seem to have control of their kids and not much discipline during that game.

I'm guessing it won't be tolerated in a Pitman uniform either. I heard there was some post game attitude adjustments at the practice following the game. I hope what I heard is true. THS was lucky to get Josh and I'm sure he adds a lot to the program.

I heard a rumor that Crash and Chris will be working with the Pride next year. Well at least I have my Notre Dame Attire, so the change to Blue and Gold won't be to tough.

LOL @ Mark - As far as Green goes he'll change teams 15 times before he decides on one. Lil Greenie (through no fault of his own) will undoubtedly end up at Central Catholic as a 17 year old freshman.

Hey, I'm a Pitman parent and my child has class and good behavior and I am so not viscious (Chris, don't throw up in your mouth again). But then again, my child is a girl playing on Pitman's JV softball team About the comment regarding the freshman football game, were you at the JV game when the announcer for Turlock kept calling Pitman the south Keyes team? Talk about no class!

But then again, my child is a girl playing on Pitman's JV softball team well there you have it.........yes alote of the parents are great and there are bad appples at all the schools, but i just noticed at Baseball games Pitman parents get a little overboard sometimes directing their anger at opposing players.........i have always thought that the umpire is free game but i have always considered the Players off limits, thats a line i have seen pitman parents cross often this year (mostly Moms, not you marlin mom, but other moms at the Varsity level for Baseball at Pitman) what you mean, "the south keyes team" or "the other team from turlock" isn't funny? lol

At least the Pitman parents haven't made the news yet LOL I know there are some intense moms out there for sure! The ump is free game? Wow, I'll have to remember that (oh wait, I think I already knew that) Sure the south keyes team is funny over wings & a beer but at a competitive game where emotions and team pride is at stake, it's a little derogatory. You can't blame a comment or action by one for the behavior of others but sometimes it fuels the fire.

Hey don't be so nice to Marlin's mom - she really is a PITA parent. But somehow, over time, you just grow to lover her and miss the whole "famn damily." She'll tell you the truth whether you want to hear it or not. ;D Nothing wrong with that at all.
