This is to all the boys who helped me during the Cubs - Padres game on 6/13/2007 To Dustin Lema and Trevor Cook, thank you for your help on the scoreboard and helping me keep the count straight. To Brennan Hauser and Jenson Essary, thanks for your help in announcing and in helping me with "E's" and "Hits" To Patrick Green and Cody McGarry, thanks for working the pitch count machine and the paperwork for the pitch count and keeping me straight on that. I greatly appreciate all of your help. I hope now you understand how important it is to have the work done correctly and that even at your age you have a lot to offer. The only other thing I like to remind you is that don't forget to keep volunteering for anything that you like because it can be a lot of fun. If you like umping, keep it up and when you are old enough, make sure you ask about the scholarship to Jr. Umpire school that National League offers. Thanks again Boys, I really enjoyed working with you. Melody Lema ( aka Ammy)

LOL - Too bad none of the boys can visit the forum. Perhaps their parents will pass this post along.

I will pass your kind words on to Patrick. Tony and yourself did one hell of a job this week.
If you had a Hauser and Essary helping you with the E's and Hits I hope they don't keep score like their dads.
It was great to see all the kids playing out in the grass during the game. There must have been at least 30 kids goofing around having a great time. Reminded me of days past when thats all you seen where kids playing at the park.

The right field grass always seem to be where the most fun takes place. No parents to mess up the fun. BTW - I don't keep a book. That is Hanham's job.

Hey now ;D I keep a good book but I think ltl greeine got a triple with an error at the last game. Mendez got a single with a three base error. Now that is scorekeeping.

Before he's done I have no doubt he will be. I wish he would have been eligible against the Dodgers you would have seen total ownage.

It'll be tough next year for you. You'll have to quit all ur Hottieen and actually do something. Hopefully you won't FUBAR the Dodgers too badly. I know you'll have Scrapper breathing down your neck.
