Real Tough Call. First round of the tourney has the most predictable out comes. However after that it really depends on the first round wins and pitchers used up.
I have to rank best odds as follows:
1. Yankees (Tough all Season is they can get by the Angels w/o using up their stud pitcher for Sunday) 2. Cubs (Group has been a spoiler and playing strong at the end) 3. Padres (Mostly season performance, but if they have some pitching Giants and Cubs will have exhausted theirs in the 1st round) 4. Dodgers (Deep pitching, but play has to be better than it has been in the second half) 5. Giants (One two punch at the mound...I do not see them having much left if they use their two studs in the first round...tough first game) 6. Orioles 7. Red Sox 8. Angels

No question PITCHING will determine the out come. Lot's of worries about a team having one dominate pitcher and winning it all ( as in the past format ) I think we have tipped the scales THE OTHER WAY. and the team that goes deep in the TOURNEY will need solid pitching from NOT ONLY starters, but STAFF pitchers, who may have not seen much action throughout the regular season...... we will soon see.
